Rain Wang
Rain Wang (Redregen) is an illustrator living in Baltimore. She received a BS degree in biological sciences at University of California, Davis in 2021. After graduation, she devoted herself into sci-fi comics, and then in 2024 she went to purse a MA degree in illustration at Maryland Institute College of Art.
Rain’s art is commonly described as theatrical, sentimental, and nostalgic. She likes bugs, skeleton, and anything that’s gruesome. With a passion in nature and science, her dream is to become a nature artist. Her second passion is to bring renaissance to the 70s and 80s manga art.
