Captain Harlock Fan-comic created based on Matsumoto Leiji’s 1982 series “My Youth in Arcadia”. After being defeat, the earth federal government signed a peace treaty with the Illumidas Empire. Harlock, captain of earth’s battleship Deathshadow, turns down the alien commander’s offer of joining the Illumidas army. While wandering in the ghetto, he witnesses the misery and corruption of the post-war earth. Finally he encounters three alien mobs…
